This is an exciting time to be in Pittsburgh. As someone who spent formative years and much of my professional life in this city, I can say that we’ve experienced a great deal of change. While the core values of this region’s people have not changed, Pittsburgh continues to reinvent itself for the 21st century. This is still a city of strength, beauty, industry, dedication, and hard work. Our “three rivers” still meander through the surrounding hills and the US Steel tower continues to crown our stunning skyline. However, just like the blast furnaces that helped enable a steel boom, it is now our universities that power our local economy. We stand at the forefront of the next generation of medical and technological advancement in the field of urology.
I am proud to showcase the practice and academic environment the staff and I have fostered here in Pittsburgh. In addition to providing world-class patient care, the Department of Urology and our urology residency program are dedicated to the education and career advancement of our medical students, residents, and faculty.
